We’re excited to guide you through the enrollment process and help your family join our vibrant learning community.

Our Enrollment Process

The enrollment process aims to provide families with a deeper understanding of our program and environment while learning about each child's unique needs and potential.

  1. Schedule a Visit or Tour:
    Families are encouraged to schedule a tour or attend one of our Open Houses to experience our welcoming environment and learn about our unique educational philosophy. Open House events are held in February and October. To schedule a tour, please contact us at cathy@islandviewpreschool.com.

  2. Submit Your Application:
    Complete the online application form to express your interest in enrolling your child. Applications are accepted year-round, but priority is given to those submitted by March 1st for the following school year.

  3. Application Review:
    After submitting your application, our admissions team will review it and reach out to schedule a family meeting. This meeting allows us to better understand your child’s needs and answer any questions you may have.

  4. Enrollment Offer:
    Families will be notified of admission decisions by April 15th. Upon acceptance, you will receive an enrollment packet with additional forms and information.

  5. Secure Your Spot:
    To secure your child’s place, submit a signed enrollment agreement and a non-refundable deposit by May 1st.

We encourage prospective families to visit Island View Preschool to experience our warm, nurturing environment firsthand. Tours and open house events provide an opportunity to:

  • Meet our teachers and staff.

  • Explore our classrooms and outdoor learning spaces.

  • Learn about our blended educational philosophy.

Tuition and Fees

2024/2025 Tuition Fee Schedule

Island View Preschool is a year-round school. Tuition is an annual fee that includes the summer session and is divided into 12 monthly payments. Each family is required to sign a tuition agreement alongside the enrollment contract. Monthly payments are due regardless of holidays, school closures, or student absences. Please note that tuition rates are subject to annual adjustments to reflect changes in operating costs, including rent and salaries.

Application Fee: $150 non-refundable

Materials Fee: $350
Art, educational, outdoor play, and garden supplies

Preschool Program (2-5 yrs old)
Families have the option for a Full Day (8:00-4:00pm) or a Half Day (8:30-12:30 pm)

  • 5 Days - $1725 monthly Full Day, $875 monthly Half Day

  • 4 Days - $1525 monthly Full Day, $775 monthly Half Day

  • 3 Days - $1250 monthly Full Day, $650 monthly Half Day

Infant Program ( 2 months -2 yrs old)
Families have the option for a Full Day (8:00-4:00pm) or a Half Day (8:30-12:30 pm)

  • 5 Days - $1775 monthly Full Day, $925 monthly Half Day

  • 4 Days - $1575 monthly Full Day, $825 monthly Half Day

  • 3 Days - $1300 monthly Full Day, $700 monthly Half Day

There will be an early morning drop off option at 7:30 am and extended care offered from 4:30-5:30 for preschool age children only. Space is limited.
